Gentle Yoga classes emphasize gentle and restorative physical postures (asanas), breathing practices (pranayama), and movement sequences for easy transitions. Personal attention is given to modify poses for individual needs. A good class for those who wish to: ~benefit from Yoga's healthing potential ~regain movement and clarity after injury or illness ~improve physical movement ~and those who enjoy a slower-paced Yoga practice. All body types and levels of yoga experience are welcome! Offered Tuesdays from 9:30-10:45 am.
Yoga is available in group classes or private sessions. Carol is a Certified Yoga Instructor who received her certification from Pacific Yoga.
Carol offers private hour-long sessions for $75 for class card holders, or $90 regular rate.
